HOW TO TAP IN:

1. Dial *482# (and follow the on-screen instructions)

2. Press 1 for #200 data plan

3. Press 2 for #500 data plan

NOTE:

1. The #200 data plan will last for 14days and the network calls it UNLIMITED but of a truth it has a data cap of 2GB.

2. The #500 data plan will last for 28days and it also comes with what the network calls UNLIMITED but from research it has being discovered to be 4GB.

THE SHOCKER!

From comments filtering in, I discovered that you can only use it on 2G network. That means if you are in an area where there is 3G, 3.5G or 4G network, please keep away from this data plan or you can turn your phone or modem down to receive only 2G network and enjoy the snail anointing that comes with it.

I believe this is AIRTEL'S own way of saying THANK YOU to their customers staying remote areas where there is no good network coverage.
