This good news was made known on the 1st of August that all users of these phones that runs on Windows 8 and above operating system can download BBM and use.

This is How to get it:
1. You must have a Nokia Lumia phone
2. Your Lumia Windows phone must be running on Windows 8 or 8.1.
3. You must have an account with Windows store (where you can get windows app like playstore for android phones).
