THE MUCH AWAITED BBM ON ANDROID IS HERE: DOWNLOAD NOW FOR FREE

Finally the much anticipated collabo between RIM, the makers of BlackBerry and Google, the brain behind Android has come to be with the official release of their BBM on different platforms ranging from iOS to the Android OS.

This means that with your Apple device (iPhone), you can now ping with someone using a BlackBerry device without any restriction. The same thing also applies to any android device with a higher version of the OS, ranging from HTC, Galaxy, Techno and any device that runs the android OS.

Is this not a great news? Now, I see no reason why BlackBerry devices ought to be very expensive again in Nigeria. Why I am saying this is, most people in Nigeria buy these devices only for the fun of "pinging" and nothing more. Since one can now ping from other platforms that offer cheaper prices, what is the essence of buying the BB?
