I have come to tell you that Nigeria is improving and things are becoming easier and more convenient for students and applicants in the country. The National University Commission (NUC) in conjunction with Park Association e-Learning Group and partnering with Nigerian higher institutions of learning has rolled out what they term e-Learning in the country. It is the first major e-learning degree programme in the country.
