From every indication s, The Rivers State governor, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, has told the people of Rivers State in particular and Nigerians in general that he knows his onion. This self claimed "rascal" has told the law court in Port Harcourt that he has been a law maker for 8 years and just a law maker but a distinguished one as he flaunts the orders of the lower court with impunity.

Information reaching us has it that Security officials in Benin Republic have arrested Asari Dokubo, as said by his lawyer, Festus Keyamo, on Tuesday evening. According to the information provided by Mr. Keyamo in a statement, the Rivers born former armed fighter was on Tuesday "arrested in Cotonou, Benin Republic, around the hours of 1:00pm and 2:00pmby the country's gendarmes (Police Force)."
