WHICH DO YOU PREFER: ANDROID or BLACKBERRY

The Android OS gives its users full touch screen experience. The Android phones have large amount of customization. Of all the smart phones in the market today, Android stands out. It offers multiple home screen where you can quickly swipe to access and scroll through.



With BlackBerry, there is little that one can point out that separates one device from the other (not mentioning the Storm and Torch models). Nearly every BlackBerry phone has a call button, a BlackBerry button, a back button, an end call button, 1 or 2 convenience keys, and a physical keyboard.

Now, lets look at some unique features of these smartphone giants...


The Area of Apps
Google's Android wins over BlackBerry's App World. The Android Market is big and huge, in comparison, App World is garbage, as in, much smaller than the Android Market. (It might interest you to know that the iPhones Market is the second largest.)

The Area of Customization
 BlackBerry is quite poor in this area. Apart from changing your wallpaper etc, you don't have much to do with it. You can download and install themes but there's no way it can win over Android in the area of customization. No widgets on BlackBerry, only apps you can open and close.

Battery Life 
In the area of battery life, BlackBerry wins over Android. Android is annoying when it comes to  battery life. One major reason why the battery of the Android phones are poor is, they come with mostly wide and very bright screens plus very fast processors.
